When we began the project, it was initially just a web app that would be used at Toyota Financial to process payments and invoicing. As the features began to grow and the initial designs were presented to the stakeholders, we were informed that the scope of work was changing. Pivoting to a SaaS model for this project brought new complexity, which meant revisiting our initial IA.
Once we had the main designs for the application it was time to create a marketing site, as well as, developer documentation for all APIs. Once the designs and prototypes were finished it was moved to development. Throughout this process I worked closely the stakeholders and the product team to ensure the designs were implemented correctly.
