I'm a dedicated, passionate designer located in Columbus, Ohio. I have more than four years experience in UX design, design systems, and product design for both mobile and web projects in both consumer facing and sass products.
As a designer, I work to identify problems using research and discovery methods such as stakeholder mapping, workshops, empathy mapping, competitive analysis, and more. I have worked closely with research, information architects, product management, marketing, developers, and other designers to align goals and reduce silos.
As a human, I'm a father and musician. I enjoy short walks on the beach and a good cheeseburger.
I partner closely with developers to implement high-quality,
well-crafted, design-led initiatives. Generate and help lead
ideation solutions for complex design problems while
meeting or exceeding accessibility standards. I contribute
to, and help to maintain the Design System for the Microsoft
Learn platform.
At Quest I worked closely with our Business team to help
create feature roadmaps, define user stories and ensure we
are exceeding accessibility standards. I create user flows
and turn them into high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.
I worked with clients through the discovery process and
feature mapping. I worked on a variety of projects that
include but are not limited to: information architecture, user
experience design, and user interface design with a focus
on exceeding ADA compliance.
I created a component library from their existing web
application, which I will then develop into their first Design
System. This Design System will then be used for all future
design and development projects.
